What skin types are apothecanna products suitable for? Our products are appropriate for all skin types. If you have allergies or sensitive skin we always recommend a spot test first!
What is the shelf life of the products? Will my product expire? Our products have a shelf life of at least one year. Each of our products come with an expiration date on the packaging so you can determine the period of best quality and effectiveness.
Will my product melt/dry/freeze? We advise storing our products at room temperature, out of direct sunlight, between 50 and 80 degrees. If the product is subjected to excessive heat or cold for short periods of time, it will not impact the product's efficacy, though it may result in a thicker or thinner texture.
Do you test on animals? Apothecanna never tests on animals.

ORDERING

How can I change my order? Please email us at hello@apothecanna.com right away. We cannot change a paid order, but we can cancel it, and help you place a new order. Our fulfillment center fulfils orders quickly, so please reach out as soon as possible.
How does shipping work and what services are offered? Please review the Shipping & Returns page.
How can I check the status of my order? You can view order status on your Account page, which will be updated as soon as you are charged for your shipment and again once your order ships.
Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout? You can use one promo code per order. If you've encountered two valid apothecanna promo codes during your travels through the Internet, please choose the one you want to use more.
Can I use a promo code on top of another promotion? You can use a promo code along with free shipping when you buy two or more items. Other offers advertised on the website without a code will be automatically applied and cannot be used along with a separate promo code. If your order qualifies for an advertised offer and you also enter a promo code, we'll apply the best deal.

What can I do if my payment is declined? Oh no! Here are a few things to check if your payment didn't go through: Check that your card's billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you've entered into our system. Still having issues? Clear your cache in your web browser and try to place the order again.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Where do you ship from? All orders ship directly from our warehouse in Topeka, KS.
What services do you use? We use FedEx for our free shipping and standard USPS mail. We use USPS for all orders being shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, and PO Boxes.
When will my order ship? Here's how it works: you order, we process, then we ship. Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 1 to 3 business days. Then one of our carriers takes it from there. All carrier ship times are estimated and not guaranteed. You'll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. It's on the way!
How long will it take to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico? You might experience a few extra days in shipping timelines. Shipping to these states will take about up to 15 business days.
I'm having problems with tracking! Sorry about that! In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-3 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn't updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via hello@apothecanna.com. We can give you the inside info.
How can I edit my shipping address? If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email hello@apothecanna.com.
How do I place a return or exchange? We're sorry you didn't love your apothecanna product. Please reach out to hello@apothecanna.com with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of the rest.
Help! I can't find my return slip. Don't worry—apothecanna packages don't include return slips. Just reach out to hello@apothecanna.com and we'll help you place your return or exchange.
What's your return policy?

We stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our products. 

  • Purchases made from entities other than our website are not eligible for a return credit or exchange. Please contact the retailer where the product purchase was made and inquire about their exchange or return policy. 
  • Items purchased directly from our website are eligible for a return or refund within 30 days of receipt.  
  • Shipping charges are not refundable. 
  • Please return via USPS, UPS, or FEDEX. (Any shipping charges incurred for the return are the responsibility of the customer.) If you return or exchange a product by mail, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Packages must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund or exchange. 
  • Our refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to process after we receive the package. Please note it may take additional time to post to your financial institution.  
How long does it take to process a return? Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement. From start to finish-line, please give your refund 7-14 days to find its way back to you.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product? If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at hello@apothecanna.com and we'll be sure to get you the apothecanna product you ordered!
Do you ship internationally? No, we ship only within the U.S. We cannot take international orders. We cannot ship internationally.

How does ingesting CBD promote wellness? Your Endocannabinoid System (ECS) naturally aims to promote homeostasis within various systems of your body. When our systems are unbalanced, something feels off. CBD supplements have the potential to support your ECS on its mission to achieve balance.
How often should I take CBD Supplements? We recommend incorporating CBD into your daily wellness routine.
I'm looking for an ingestible, how do I choose? There's an abundance of options across the internet, so allow us to start by saying you've come to the right place. Capsules, Drops and Gummies are an excellent start for anyone looking to try CBD. In addition, capsules can offer a ton of convenience if you already include supplements in your daily wellness routine.
What's the best dose for me? We always recommend starting with a lower dose. Tune into your body and work your way up until you find an effective dose. Many people feel a sense of calmness and wellbeing by using our products as directed. Some people will notice a more desirable effect by increasing their amount, while others experience the benefits of going lower. Will this get me high? No. CBD does not have any intoxicating properties and contains less than 0.3% THC. Our products are formulated with tuning into your body, not out.
What else is in your tinctures and capsules? For ten years, Apothecanna has provided premium formulas with ingredients that work in concert with CBD. Some things never change. We've included botanicals such as black cumin seed and ashwagandha to enhance benefits. Our unique extraction process aims to preserve more beneficial bi-products of the plant. Our hemp oil has higher amounts of terpenes, fatty acids, and phenols than many brands in the market.
Is ingesting CBD Safe? Cannabidiol (CBD) is generally considered safe. When taken as a supplement or applied topically, it can prove incredibly beneficial to your wellness routine. Will your products make me fail a drug test? Our hemp is 3rd party tested to ensure that less than 0.3% of delta 9 THC are present in our hemp as set forth by many state regulations. In addition, we test our ingestible products to contain less than 0.01% of traceable THC. Therefore, our products should not cause you to fail a drug test.
